When I joined Intone 2.5 years ago as a CRM Developer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I still remember my first day clearly. The energy in the office stood out right away. Everyone was focused and approachable, truly invested in their work, and open to working together. It was clear early on that people noticed and valued the work being done.
 
I settled in quickly thanks to the support I received early on, especially from the HR team, who made me feel welcome and confident as part of the team. My time here has been impactful, full of growth, and empowering. Each stage has challenged me to grow, both in my technical skills and in my approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
 
One of my proudest moments at Intone has been seeing my work make a real, tangible difference. Solving meaningful challenges and knowing that my contributions have real impact has been incredibly motivating. Over time, I’ve built strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, JavaScript, plugins, and Power Automate flows. Working on projects like Revamp HRMS, alongside an amazing team, has been especially fulfilling.
 
Being part of solutions that bring real value to Intone reminds me why I’m proud to be here and excited for what’s next.

𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 ✨

Looking back on my three years at Intone, what stands out most isn’t just the work I’ve done, but how much I’ve grown, learned, and felt supported throughout my journey.
 
Joining Intone as a 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 marked my first step into the professional world—a mix of excitement, curiosity, and a few first-day jitters. What truly stood out, though, was the people. More than the tools or processes, it was the genuine warmth and openness of the team that made my first day memorable, helping me settle in quickly, ask questions freely, and focus on learning from the start.
 
During those early days, 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐢 𝐓𝐞𝐣𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐡𝐢 played a significant role in shaping my experience at Intone. As the first teammate I closely worked with, his patient guidance and clarity in explaining responsibilities helped me find my footing quickly. His constant encouragement and willingness to share knowledge made the journey from trainee to active contributor both smooth and motivating, allowing me to focus on learning and growing with confidence.

If I had to sum up my time at Intone, I’d choose learning, progress, and productivity. Each stage brought new chances to grow, and working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform was a major turning point. Building solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate challenged me to think creatively, solve real problems, and keep improving my skills.
 
Being part of a collaborative team showed me how important shared goals and teamwork are. I helped develop and deliver a solution using 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝟑𝟔𝟓 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦, focusing on building and customizing components with Power Apps and Power Automate. Together, we developed solutions that streamlined processes and improved efficiency for the client. Knowing my efforts resulted in meaningful outcomes was truly gratifying 🙂
 
Every journey comes with its challenges. But each challenge I faced here taught me something new. Each project pushed me to grow a little more. Along the way, I learned not just technical skills, but also the value of teamwork, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
 
Now, as a 𝐂𝐑𝐌 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫, I look back on my journey with gratitude. Intone has given me room to learn, support to grow, and chances to be productive in meaningful ways. Most of all, it has helped me become a more confident professional, ready for new challenges and to keep moving forward.
 
At Intone, learning never stops. And that’s what makes this journey so meaningful.
